Time to Talk – 12 February 2020 Edit

A lecture organised by the Health Liveries Group

The Master, Upper Warden, Middle Warden, Honorary Clerk and several Freemen attended a lecture given by Dr Katie Berhens on mental health in the workplace. This was organised through the Health Livery Partnership which the Guild of Nurses is part of. Dr Berhens is a GP in London and supports the Charlie Waller Memorial Trust that was set up following the death by suicide of Charlie Waller who was a young man suffering from depression. The trust helps to raise awareness and help people to recognise the signs of depression both in themselves and others. Dr Berhens conducts talks and training on mental health in the workplace. It was an excellent presentation, hosted by the Worshipful Company of Cutlers in the wonderful surroundings of Cutlers’ Hall.
