Florence Nightingale Foundation Annual Conference 2017

The Master was honoured to represent The Guild of Nurses at the Florence Nightingale Foundation Gala Dinner at the conclusion of the  FNF 2017 Annual Conference held at the Guoman Tower Hotel in London.

The Guild was pleased to donate the prize for the Edna Reed (who was a nurse) Care Improvement Project Poster Competition which the FNF had run to identify  practicing clinical professionals who had projects related to the overall conference topic or one of the six work-stream themes.  The Master hosted the table for the nine shortlisted entries and was delighted to announce the winner, Arlene Wellman for her poster addressing 'The Elimination of Hospital Acquired Pressure Ulcers.' 

The standard of entries was extremely high and all the runners-up are to be congratulated on their achievement.  What an impressive group of nurses!
