Education and Professional Development Event Wed 26 Oct 20

An interesting and informative virtual event was held via Zoom on the evening of the 26 October.  Jeni Caguioa, International Recruitment and Ethnic Minorities Nurse Advisor at NHS England, discussed her role supporting CNO England in achieving the nursing contribution to the ‘NHS People Plan’. A discussion took place after Jeni's presentation highlighting the issue of multi-cultural engagement together with the need for nurse leaders and managers to be culturally competent.
