Recognising the importance of frailty – identifying patients on admission to the Emergency Department

We were delighted that Jane Tippett, Consultant Nurse, King’s College Hospital could join us for our first virtual education event. In spite of the on-line delivery, we were able to attract significant interest.

Jane was able to explore with us the organisation’s development of a Frailty pathway for individuals arriving in the Emergency Department and how this pathway demonstrates the strength of multi-disciplinary teamwork.
