Call to action – Livery Schools Link Annual Showcase 28 Jun 22

The Company of Nurses will be supporting the Livery Schools Link (LSL) again this year at their Annual Showcase, which is part of the wider London Careers Fair. The event has not been held for two years due to the crisis caused by the CoViD Pandemic. This year’s event is to be held on Tuesday 28 June 2022 in Guildhall and will be attended by approximately 700 secondary school pupils in years 9 and 10 (ages 14-16).

The Company of Nurses Outreach Group (a sub-committee of the Education and Professional Development Committee) will be running a stand which will present a concentration of our knowledge, skills and experience to young people that we hope will excite them to consider a career in nursing, midwifery or the care sector in general. If any of our Freemen are able to assist with all or part of the day, please get in touch with us at education@companyofnurses.co.uk by Monday 2 May 2022 so that we can register you to work in the Guildhall environs.
