Big Curry Lunch

21 members of the Company volunteered today at the Lady Mayor’s Big Curry Lunch in Guildhall. 1,500 curries were served and volunteers acted as stewards as well as serving coffee and desserts. This is our contribution to one of the biggest fundraising efforts in aid of the Army Benevolent Fund for military veterans. Members of the Company attended the Post Big Curry Lunch Reception held at Carpenters' Hall. The Lady Mayor, Dame Susan Langley, announced the grand total raised at this year's Big Curry Lunch was just over £400,000. An amazing result with all funds raised going to support the veterans of His Majesty's Armed Forces. We were pleased to be able to support this event again this year with our volunteer stewards.
